Snack Break: Should Be Working, Rather Be Shopping

It's Monday and I'd rather be on vacation. Since I'm not, let's go pretend shopping instead. Here are a few things that are tickling my fancy:

Rachel Zoe Asymmetrical Button Tie Waist Coat, $575, available here
Rachel Zoe has come out with a new collection and I am smitten. I saw a picture of this coat somewhere and absolutely loved it. The contrast of the black buttons and tie belt is perfect with the color of the coat. If I had $600 to spend on a coat, I would be all on this; even if I would probably not wear it often for fear of getting it dirty.

Rebecca Minkoff Covet Satchel in Cheetah, $495.00, available here

All I can think about is a leopard or cheetah print bag for fall. You all know I love myself some Rebecca Minkoff, so this would certainly go on my list.

Rachel Rachel Roy Pleated Aladdin Belt It! Dress, $149, available here

Another Rachel I heart is Rachel Roy. I saw this dress and immediately added to my cart. I love the color, the asymmetrical hemline, the way she put the bow on it to keep if from being a totally sack. My only issue would be that I can't really wear it with a blazer or cardigan when it gets colder because that would totally hide it's wonderful features.

Oh, Lola!, $48, available here

All you have to say is Marc Jacobs and I'm all on it. I've loved several of his perfume scents since he came on the make you smell good scene. Essence will always be my favorite of his, but the new version of Lola is wonderful and needs to take up residence on my dresser.

Kelly Wearstler Perforated Cuff, $225, available here

Kelly of the oh so colorful and glamorous interior design fame has a jewelry collection now. There are such interesting pieces and I think I likey very much!!

J. Crew Tweed Vintage Jacket in Mustard, $198, available here

Tweed!!! Oh, how I love you!!! It was destined that I would fall in love with this jacket, for sure.

West Elm Organic Bird Collage Duvet Cover and Shams, available here
I'm in a serious redecorating/reorganizing mood and new sheets are in order. I think this would make the bed look a little bit more fun, but not in a juvenile way.

Charlotte Olympia Tessa, way to much $$$, available here

Something to make me at least 4 inches taller than I am... yes, please!!! This is my color for fall. I want everything in a nice dark red/burgundy shade.

Snack Break- Should Be Working, Rather Be Shopping

Time for another installment of oh so lovely things that have caught my eye while trolling the internets. My focus is a little off of working right now. How can I concentrate when I'm thinking of these pretties?

Tie-Dye Tribal Dress, $450, available here

Can you say summer beauty?? With me currently on some kind of boho kick, this dress just speaks to me and tells me to buy it and book some fabulous vacation so we can go float around everywhere. My sensible side is a killjoy though because this is just too pricey for my blood. Still can't help but smile at it though.

Red Carpet Platform Bow Heels, $39, available here

Oh, to be able to wear a 5-inch heel shoe. Just look at that back!

Milly Elisa Sailboat Print Cotton Shirt, $230, available here
Although this outfit is a bit preppy, this shirt just amuses me. It's so whimsical.

Deborah Lippmann Nail Polish in Yellow Brick Road, $16, available here

Thanks to Rosa, I've actually been entertaining the thought of wearing yellow nail polish. The trouble we can get into while blog viewing.

Lottie Bow Bracelet, $12.99, available here
How freakin cute is this!!??

These Are My Obsessions- Arm Candy

clockwise from top (Target, ASOS, Shopbop, Forever 21, ASOS)

As you can see from the pic above, I've accumulated quite a bit of arm candy in about a month's span. When it comes to jewelry, I tend to go through stages of want and hoarding. Hoop earrings, big rings, anything colorful and now I've settled on interesting bracelets. I'm in the camp of accessories really being able to add something fun to an outfit and whenever I see pics of ladies with an arm full of bangles and bracelets of all sorts, I get a few pangs of jealousy (that they are able to pull it off and that they have such wonderful, interesting pieces at their disposal).

Ready to make a statement?? Here are a few items to get you started:

Neptune Cuff, $10.80

Snack Break- Should Be Working, But I'd Rather Shop

Taking a bit of a break on this Monday to drool over some lovely new items. Will I cave under temptation or just get back to work?

Can you just imagine this with a cute pencil skirt or jeans or a nice cropped pant? Could be such a versatile wardrobe item.

I've had my black F+C for over 2+ years now and I still love it. This would make such a wonderful warm weather bag.

I think I'm going through a boho phase and the tassels on this sweater would be perfect to fit the bill. I could even go even further by wearing it with my Tory Burch clogs. Hello 70's, here I come!!

I saw these wedges on Sincerely, Jules and about died. I'm pretty sure printed shoes are missing from my closet and with so many colors, these would be a nice pop with a simple outfit.

My denim choices up until now have been whether or not to go light, medium or dark wash blue denim, but a colored pair would be a nice breath of fresh air. I could go totally preppy with a striped top (perhaps my confetti striped sweater).

Tell me what you've been craving!
