Today's outfit was perfect for the wardrobe procrastinator that I am. On occasion I do pick out what I want to wear the night before, but 98% of the time I wake up and stand in front of the closet waiting for inspiration to strike or for magical items to appear that only exist on the pages of shopbop.com.
With one half of my outfit requiring a quick swipe of the steamer, the other half wrinkle-free and ready to go and my legs not in a state that demanded to be shaved, I was dressed in minutes. Whether I was out the door after that is another story (darn stomach insisted that I make breakfast).
Ooh, I like the print on your blouse! So I did end up stopping by Bloomingdale's, since your post reminded me of it. I was good and didn't buy anything, though!
ReplyDeletecute top!!! and love the botkier.
ReplyDeletei'd be lucky to make it to work by noon if i didn't lay my clothes out the night before. i had abt an hour commute home from work, and i would normally use that time to put an outfit together in my head...
Aww, I love the little yellow belt too! You're adorable! And I wish I had the patience to make breakfast in the mornings, haha! But I'm barely coherent enough to pour milk over cereal, so it's always a no-go. Which makes for some verrrrry hungry mornings!
ReplyDeleteAmy K, stop, you're making me blush!! Thanks for the sweet comments. I love your blog and think you're adorable too. :)
ReplyDeleteIt's best that I make time for breakfast. Otherwise I'd be in an incoherent fog all morning and if I don't eat by noon, I'll turn into the exorcist, lol. That's not a pretty sight for anyone involved.
