Outfit of the Day- Swingin' Saturday

I had a day filled with errands, so I wanted to be comfy. That usually means a pair of jeans for me, but I wanted something a little different; that's how I ended up in a denim skirt instead. I put it on wondering since jeans get all of the love, does anyone wear denim skirts anymore and then I saw two girls in a row coming out of a store with denim skirts and smiled that we all were strangers with similar thoughts in mind today.

Here I am goofing around on the metro.

I took a side trip to the consignment shop today and ended up trying on these:



I love you Topshop, but sequin harem pants are not happening!!!!!
Have you ever tried on something totally unlike you and ended up loving it? What was it?

    the sequin harem pants are kinda hot. i don't think i could pull them off, but i could see someone looking fab in them!

    @Gigi- yes, these pants were on consignment!!! I was quite surprised to find those bad boys in the pants section, but I'm sure someone would like them, especially since they are from Topshop.

    @simplychic-there is a certain something about these pants, but they are not something I can get away with either. Although I was tempted to wear them to a party, but only for a second.
