A Little Scarf Trick

A big thanks and hug goes out to Linda of Little Tin Soldier for gifting me this beautiful scarf. It has landmarks in Rome, Italy and makes me itch to see them for myself. Someday soon!!

On the back of my closet hangs a mountain of scarves that generally gets ignored during this time of year. I love wearing scarves, but in the summer I rarely give thought to including them in my outfits. Just imagining one around my neck, makes me feel like I'm suffocating. So whether you have one scarf or too many to count, here are a few alternatives to getting some use out of scarves that can go all year-round.

Scarf as a belt and you can see it could work for an evening event too!

Wear as a turban or even a simple headband (perfect for keeping your hair out of your face).

 Fashion yourself a new bracelet!

And plenty of other stand-bys like as a halter top or tying a cute bow on your handbag. There's no reason to keep those scarves in hiding. Now excuse me while I make myself a new bracelet.
