Vacation Souvenirs

Are you the type of person who comes back from a vacation with a suitcase full of souvenirs? Do you like to buy t-shirts, shot glasses and magnets with your destination on it? I have sworn off that kind of thing and although my last tee purchase makes for a good gym shirt, I still like to have a piece of my vacation to come back home with me. So I just wanted to share a few of the souvenirs from my trip last month.



I saw this belt from J. Crew in a catalog and immediately wanted it because I've been on the hunt for belts with color and patterns. Patience can be a virtue because when I dragged my guy to the mall, there the belt was on super sale. I love it so much I wore it the next day while still on vacation.




I got roped into a little make-over when I peeked at the Chanel counter and tested the new Illusion D'Ombre eyeshadow. It adds such a wonderful sparkle to the eyelid, but not in young, only for going out kind of make-up look. A little bit of luxury for a price that's kind to the wallet. Love it!!


And this last piece is pretty special, can anyone guess what it might be?

    congratulations!thats the best souvenier ever.

    from my last vacation to italy i only brought back a scarf in a orange color,because everything was either too expensive or i didnt like it.

    And I have to say I love the Chanel eyeshadow too. I want to snatch up another color because they have a wonderful shimmer. Definitely try it, if you haven't already.

    I saw the chanel eye shadows this weekend at nordstrom and LOVED them. I didn't have my wallet with me though so i didn't get any, but I will definitely go back for them.

    I do like to get a magnet from wherever I travel. I also like to get at least one thing the area is known for, lace, leather goods, art etc.
