Outfit of the Day- Don't Rain on My Parade

What's old is new again, as evidenced by this little lace number I found in the thrift store a few weeks ago and scored for about $2!!! Let's not even get into the blazers I scored for dirt cheap and can't wait to wear. I decided to go full on lady with the pearl necklace and earrings and some simple black flats. And although I didn't have on my rain boots, I wasn't deterred by the dreariness of the day because my purse was my own personally sun substitute.
