Outfit of the Day- Don't Rain on My Parade

What's old is new again, as evidenced by this little lace number I found in the thrift store a few weeks ago and scored for about $2!!! Let's not even get into the blazers I scored for dirt cheap and can't wait to wear. I decided to go full on lady with the pearl necklace and earrings and some simple black flats. And although I didn't have on my rain boots, I wasn't deterred by the dreariness of the day because my purse was my own personally sun substitute.

    Very cute! I've been looking for pair of cute rain boots, even though last year I said I would never wear them. It's amazing how things change :)
