Opinion Poll-Keep or Return?

Have you all had a chance to check out the William Rast for Target line yet? I was up way too early on Sunday morning at Target for a certain somebody's Xmas gift. After checking off a name on my list, I wandered through the store and ended up in the clothing section. I would have totally missed the William Rast items since the Tucker for Target sign was still up. Interesting that they are getting no love or strong advertising from the store? I tried on a few things, but was a little disappointed in the selection. The styles were rather simple and although the jeans were nice, at $50 I feel like I can walk into Marshall's or Nordstrom Rack and find an actual pair of designer jeans at a comparable price. Besides, the cost of buying them and then getting them tailored made it lose even more points. Nothing was truly stand-outs or must-haves and I usually get one item from each Target designer collaboration line. However, I ended up with a little something in my shopping bag, but I'm wondering if I should keep it. I'd like to poll the class to see what you all think.

Keep and rock it or put that money back in my wallet ???

  1. It's a pass in my book. It looks cute unzipped, but I'm not a fan of it zipped for whatever reason. I don't know what the material feels/looks like in person but it's not exciting from the pics I see. If you're on the fence, there are cuter things to find w/your $.

  2. I'm with Gigi, although I'd keep it, haha! I also love it unzipped -- it's such a cute vest! I love that it looks different than your everyday vest, too, because of the material, green color, and ruffles! Zipped up, it creates a pretty odd silhouette for some reason...

  3. I'm not in love with the way the model is wearing the vest, but I love it unzipped on you. I've missed a few days at Target but definitely will be by to check out the WR line.

  5. I really appreciate all of your candid opinions!! I went to Target yesterday and decided to take it back. Maybe if I find it on the clearance rack in a few months, I'd get it to wear unzipped.

Thanks for stopping by Dayka, I always like new visitors. :)
